College Softball: Huskers Get Swept, Bluejays Win Series
In college softball, Nebraska was swept in a three-game series at Michigan.
After losing a pair of one-run games Friday and Saturday, the Huskers were downed 11-3 in six innings yesterday. NU fell to 25-19 overall, 8-6 in the Big Ten.
Meanwhile, Creighton won two of three games at Butler. On Sunday, Natalia Puchino struck out 10 Bulldogs and threw the first nine-inning complete game shutout for the Bluejays since 2007 in a 1-0 victory.
The Jays moved to 27-19 including an 11-7 Big East mark.
